ARIAS-US Mediation Committee

Elaine is a member of the ARIAS-US Mediation Committee. She developed a mediation survey with Ben Hincks, Esq. of Mintz Levin and is working with the Committee chair, Michael Frantz of Munich Re, to distribute the questionnaire and analyze how ARIAS-US members view the use of mediation in reinsurance disputes.
